VDoc is a telemedicine dashboard where users can schedule appointments, view their medical history, have video consultations, and download medical documentation. An exhaustive competitor analysis and navigation assessment were conducted to enhance its intuitiveness and efficiency. The goal was to ensure that the new interface offers a smoother and more accessible healthcare experience for all, emphasizing a user-centric approach for a more fluid medical attention.

The design of the packaging was tailored to what users seek in similar products, based on market research conducted in the UK. As a result, users could find consistent information about pandemic-related developments and updates when interacting with our products. Additionally, we entered Amazon's listing, creating informative slides for the A+ Content that highlighted the product's features and qualities.

The website was focused on providing timely information, based on the evolution of the pandemic and latest news, in addition to having an e-commerce platform that streamlined the purchase of products with specific technical specifications for the user to have clarity on what they were buying and tailored to their search.
