User-centered design:
Website and dashboard for medical, care, and accident reimbursements used by three users.

A benchmark was conducted to understand competitors utilizing reimbursement in their platforms in Chile. Additionally, a study was conducted on the navigation flow that users/patient perform when carrying out various tasks or actions on the website. As a result of this study, the flow was modified taking into account user security, in addition to providing an intuitive and easy-to-use experience.

The entire user interface (UI) was redesigned to make it more visually appealing, including more interactions and keeping the calls to action (CTAs) to ensure that users can address their needs without having to resort to the call center.

In this project, besides working on the user experience for the client, the dashboard for administrators and liquidators was redesigned. Although the navigation flow was already effective for the company, improvements were made in data visualization and information loading.
